when i use nyx eyeliner pencil on my eyelid i notice not even an hour later its clumped up on my eyelid. it's no longer smooth. what can i use to make it stay smooth on my eyelid. I will greatly appreciate it. Thank you

@JustMeNeverU Try using eyeshadow primer if you haven't already.  I used to have my shadow come off all the time until I did that.
