it is too much wait Clem..... I do kinesis three times a week and you really need to beggin with low wait the go in a proggressive way to lift more as the lessons are 30 minutes non stop effective excersice... but nice excersice.

The machine that mimicks a punching motion towards the ground looks like it would help a student maintain his/her posture nicely. Sometimes I tend to move my head and chest closer to the ball during the downswing resulting in a large divot. This helps... thanks.
Yes; this is exactly how Sam Snead, Ben Hogan to a lesser extent but still visible, and Moe Norman big time! Using leverage from the right to brace against the left...Thanks for the comment! Shawn
