Number 10 definitely is an awesome choice, that much I can say. Though, there are themes that I miss, some that always manages to creep you out when you hear them in the game they come from. Those themes would be "Prisoner's Nightmare" and "Five Years Before", both from Digital Devil Saga. Oh, and although it wasn't released at the point you uploaded the video, but the OST of 999 also is pretty creepy overall. Just listen to it.

I say the Lavender town theme should be here. It deffinitely stands out. Pokemon is kid friendly everywhere, but then they suddenly throw Lavender town at you. I don't know about you, but as a kid, I was terrified of Lavender town. Those creepy pastas such as the Lavender Town Syndrome, or Pokemon Creepy Black don't help either.
