  • I love it...Its Red Box verses Block buster, cost wise...And we all see how that went....GM has 14 CNG vehicles all produced for foreign markets...

  • The Pickens Plan is good step toward energy independence. Natural gas vehicles makes sense. The USA needs to set a goal to shift toward natural gas and electric cars over the next decade. Energy independence is critical to economic prosperity and national security. I am all for anything that will make energy self-sufficiency for the USA into reality. Far too many of our hard earned dollars have gone to OPEC.

  • why isn't pickens driving around in a natural gas motorcycle, look at all the space he's waisting in the back seat,he should pick people along the way so they will not have to use a bus which wastes regular gas.

  • uuummmm, pickens mentions we just developed a we to collect natural gas,so why are there natural gas vehicles in europe and other countries?....because people like pickens, saudis, and politicians are making buku bucks...now they are rich, and as of july 6th pickens bailed out! So who was behind that?

  • yah if we stop buying there oil the terrorists will realy get pissed, LOL

  • in europe they had the cars and buses on natural gas well over 20 years now

  • I think USA should be leaders in Hydrogen manufacturing and in research.

  • I agree with the concept and the need to become energy independent, but that Mrs.Carlson stated a pretty controversial reason at 1:03 . Reducing dependency is one thing, but to justify it by assuming all OPEC countries are/support terrorist organizations, and that reducing dependency inherently reduces terrorism, is a HUGE fallacy.
