  • Thanks for this straightforward account of the light dependent reaction.

    Lots of ATP produced in the light dependent reaction, all used to fuel Calvin Cycle, not pump protons.

    You mention the membrane of the chlorophyll molecule. There is no membrane on the chlorophyll molecule. (-:

    You mention photolysis but what about oxygen release?

    Some more detailed diagrams would have helped the viewer understand better.
