So the COLB shown in FactCheck is genuine. Does it constitute concrete prove that Obama was born in Hawaii? Certainly not.

On scribd site, move the vertical page bar a little and we can see a copy of Sun Yat Sen’s Certificate of Hawaiian Birth which states that he was born in the Hawaiian Islands .
Now go to the next site Sun Yat Sen -wikipedia. There under “Early Years” we can see that Sun Yat Sen , the first president of China was actually born in Nov. 12, 1866 in Guangdong province, China.
Then the article exposed how egregiously irresponsible the Hawaii officials were in issuing birth certificates:

However, US code title 8 chapter 12 subchapter 3 part 1 1401 does mention that a person born outside the United States of an alien father and a mother who is a citizen of the United States is a US citizen.

If it was enacted before Obama was born, then Kenyan-born Obama would be a US citizen from birth.

As US code title 8 chapter 12 subchapter 3 part 1 1401 only became law on January 24, 2002 after Obama was born in 1961 in Kenya, Obama was not a US citizen until January 24, 2002. Yet its self evident that the office clerk scanned the actual BC which was in a book, uploaded the image into a PC, used software that ripped off the usable data which was imposed upon a NEW background of a lattice design which conveyed a pleasing 'official' look for the end user. The program didnt succeed in pulling off all data at once which required manual extraction resulting in layers. The stamps or seals were copied and pasted as well resulting in more layers.

None of the lawsuits were only about the birth certificate and in most of them, he was not the only defendant.

If it was enacted before Obama was born, then Kenyan-born Obama would be a US citizen from birth.

That part of the US Code is about definition of US citizens, not Natural Born Citizen.
To be eligible for president of the US, a person has to be a Natural Born Citizen, not just a US citizen.

14th doesnt deny anything in the US code. It doesnt specify a being as NBC and another as unqualified. What you say is irrelevant to the fact that the law gives Obama status as an NBC. Nothing to do with the 14th Amendment. Its the US code.

If you take a critical look at the junky certification statement of Obama's purported Long Form Birth Certificate, you can see that the State of Hawaii itself does NOT have "full faith" in it's own document when it deceptively used the word "OR" and deleted the words "CORRECT COPY" and "ORIGINAL RECORD".

The resolution you mention was written SPECIFICALLY for John McCain because he was not born in this country. That is the ONLY reason that his parents mattered.
Obama was born in the US, so his fathers citizenship has no bearing on the fact that he is a natural born American citizen.
If you are a citizen at birth, you are natural born.
Obama was born on US soil = citizen at birth jus soli.
His mother was American making him also a citizen at birth jus sanguinis.

Obama is not even a U.S. citizen.
He had British citizenship at birth, Kenyan citizenship from age 2 (Kenya ceased to become British territory) , and Indonesian citizenship since Around Age 5 .
He has never shown evidence that he has naturalized as an American citizen.

Obama was never an Indonesian citizen. In order to become one he would first have to renounce US citizenship, which he could not do as a child, nor could his parents do for him.
In order to become Kenyan, he had to do the same. Since he never did, his opportunity to have Kenyan citizenship expired Aug 4, 1984, on his 23rd birthday.

2. How much did he spend? Hawaii privacy law (HRS 338-18) protects it for free.
He never blocked release of his long form. Hawaii does not issue them. They only issue the Certification of Live Birth that Obama provided in July 2008.

1/ Both Barack Obama and his half-sister have described Queen's hospital as Obama's birthplace previously. Obama has obligation to confirm he was really born in a hospital in Hawaii.
2/ It is not how much the Obama camp had spent in fighting lawsuits demanding release of Obama's original Long Form that matters. If Obama really had a legitimate Long Form that could prove he is Natural Born Citizen, he would have proudly shown it to the Americans instead of hiding it.
