  • This song is a piece of my soul !

  • Agnetha is the best female singer ever.... the way she feels the lyrics she's singing, it's almost like you live through it yourself..I've always been an ABBA fan, bur mostly for Agnetha....

  • One of the most under rated and under appreciated songs in music history.

  • They say my wound will heal and only leave a scar....

  • This for me was the stand-out song from the Ring Ring album. I ordered this album along with 'Lycka' from the ABBA Fan Club when I was a child. I used to dance around the playground at school singing "Hej Gamle Man" ! ...but I loved "Disillusion" back then and played it over and over, I loved it then and still love it now. -- Thanks for the upload.

  • @Torkgasmicgirl8

    Thank you for sharing ...

I only discovered these songs a few years ago and was blown away

Dont think I ever heard it on Irish or UK radio which is a crime !!

  • How can anyone after Abba say,the Swedish people are cold and emotionless ?

  • She has a beautiful voice.Always liked ABBA.

  • The face and the voice of an angel! Such a soulful song and lyric, in light of what happened in 1979. Agnetha hasn't been the same since. Thanks 2Shaymcn for sharing!

  • @MrHarveyluke

Thanks for stopping by MR H

  • wonderful voice..

  • quel beau groupe , et ses chanteuses si belles

  • Agnetha's face is so passionate at 1:55 :)

  • the heart grose stronger

  • Agnetha is amazing!!! I really love this song and I LOVE how she writes songs that I totally relate to! It's like we go through some of the same things! And her voice is so angelic and beautiful, and so is Frida's! Honestly I can't choose which of the two ladies is my favorite! I love them both and their voices blend so beautifully when they sing together! I know I wasn't around when ABBA was together but I'm still a HUUUGE fan! And they were a magical group!

  • I agree with you. It is the true sound of Abba

  • agnethas sexy lips... i really love her...

  • divine Agnetha!

  • "The golden queen and de bass"

  • great, why we haven't stars like Agnetha nowadays on the top, it's to sad. Thanks for posting this true song. Bernard.

  • Wow this is a great song I never heard it before I was really young when ABBA was in their hey day, I couldn't appreciate their talent 1st time around.Recently I purchased their greatest hits CD all their smashes Waterloo etc.., now I see I have to look into buying individual albums to find more "hidden gems" like this one.

  • @brownhulk2000 That is a really good decision. ABBA individual albums are highly recomendable, full of unforgettable and amazing tracks, like this one.

  • Shows how great is ABBA before ABBA ! Were they ever not good ? / Красивая девичья лирика : ) Здорово !

  • @PolarBearFI

ага, это одна из моих любимых аббовых вещей)

  • Verry beautifull...

  • Голос, ласкающий слух. Можно слушать вечно.

  • what a wondeful song! OMG! Agnetha is perfect!

  • Agnetha bellisimo tema como vos. I LOVE YOU AGNETHA 4 EVER

  • SHE SHOULD HAVE WRITTEN MORE SONGS

  • @daviej6666 she wrote many songs long before she joined ABBA. Make no mistake about that, my friend.

  • Thanks for lyrics, very nice song.

    grettings from Chile

  • Agnetha's voice; simply divine, Frida and Aggy's harmonies; purely sublime! This is a gorgeous song, I love it's simplicity.

  • I don't say that this song is the nicest song in the whole Universe, but it must be surely one of the nicest songs in our Milky Way Galaxy.

The aliens from far planets have visited our Earth very frequently in the recent years and I think the main reason they visit us so often now, are the ABBA's songs.

  • I loooove Agnetha voice!!!!!!

    Merry Christmas=)

    From Budapest.

  • LOOOOOOOOOOOOVE ABBA

Its the only band from the past that i really like

  • Beautiful Song and Lyrics Neville Bardoli

  • Björn Ulvaeus, Benny Andersson, Agnetha Fältskog, and Anni-Frid Lyngstad, were four Swedes who made their international break one evening in April of 1974 with their hit song, "Waterloo" at the Eurovision Song Contest in Brighton, England. By that time, manager Stig Anderson had already began calling them 'ABBA' and was marketing them that way after the first letter in each member's first name. ABBA would go on to have 10 years of success and became the world's biggest Pop act of the 1970s.

  • @70sPopRock Anni-Frid Lyngstad was norwegian...(sorry for the spelling.)

  • Thanks for correcting me...I knew that, but I just missed it while writing and formulating my thoughts.

And was this not another great song from ABBA?

  • I have always enjoyed ABBA's music...they are my all time favorite group....just love them to bits.

  • "did i see your face somewhere in the crowd?"

this is so true, how it always seems that we see our loved one in the crowd of the street...

  • Agnetta at best, but why they didn't gave Friedas the same chance to perform?

  • In fact, Frida performed many ABBA hits, like "Fernando", "Knowing Me, Knowing You", "Our Last Summer", "When All Is Said and Done" ...

  • Fortunately for her ! But she sounds so good. I have one of her solo album, Something's Going On, and she's a really good singer. Agnetha is too, so together they would have done a perfect combination. Of course they sing together a lot of time, but I most hear Agnetha.

  • thanks su100mt,

somehow I feel being answered by Agnetta herself

  • there is an ABBA song for every feeling I have, amazing work!

  • Very nice audio quality of this song. I realy love how she sings this. Agnetha hits all the sharps and flats perfectly. Great video!

  • amazing very beautiful song e video

  • sublime!!!!!!!

  • I really like this song. Perhaps Agnetha could have helped write more of ABBA's songs. BTW, does Frida sing on this song at all? I can't hear her voice anywhere.

  • This just shows how talented 'AGNETHA' is! 1 of my TOP 5 FAVS! Voice of an ANGEL.X Thanx 4 posting. BEAUTIFUL.XXXXXXXXXXX

  • wow.

  • I totally agree!!!

  • I'm and old man and I'm crying.

  • Don't cry. Nothing is that bad......

  • She's my favourite member of Abba!

    :0)

  • This has to be the prettiest, although the saddest of all of ABBAs songs.

And this is superbly remastered, Shay. Just beautiful.

    JF

  • I agree with you that this is a pretty song. But there are more songs prettier and sadder than this like "One Of Us," "The Winner Takes It All," "The Day Before You Came," "When All Is Said And Done," and "Happy New Year."

  • Wow that music really moves me, such a fantastic song

  • wow... wasn't expecting that

  • This is really lovely...well done!!

  • my gosh.

how prophetic this song was for her(them)....:(

this was kinda hard to watch..beautiful, sweet and sad all at the same time..

  • wow...wonderful song. i dont understand the words in song until a i see it..

  • Co written by agnetha with her husband bjorn.

  • in which thing they are thinging about when they wrote this song:)

  • I dont think it was written about something that happened in their lives. I think it was more just wanting to write a song together and coming up with a story to fit that song. Agnetha had said she likes to sing songs like that.

  • Linda e dolorosa música! Parecia uma premonição que infelizmente se conretizou. Agnetha como sempre maravilhosa. Amo ABBA passe o tempo que passar, é o grande sonho de minha vida.

  • I think I'm gonna cry! This song is so melodious... Agnetha is just so beautiful and talented

  • QUE BUENA VOZ!!!!!!!!

  • What a wonderful song...

Agnetha seems sooooo young at 0:41... :) can anyone tell me in what year was this photo taken? THX

  • Don't know, but Agnetha was born in 1950. She first met Frida in 1968, and they startet singing together as a group - all four of them in 1972, when Agnetha was 22:)

  • Around '74. the tommy cooper show I think.

  • That's beautiful... The lyrics... oh!

  • I just love this song! Just love it! Falls under "my favorite songs" category :P

  • I agree with rda4265....I simply can't say enough how pleased I am you posted this.....THANK YOU!!

  • There are not enough words of how wonderful this is sung and the beauty of Agnetha. Then and now throuh 35 years. 1973 - 2008 and still growing strong!

  • Two fine groups indeed!thanks

  • @Mishenkow - great, why we haven't stars like Agnetha nowadays on the top, it's to sad. Thanks for posting this true song. Bernard.
