@EMan2ize You can check to see if you have a phat by looking at the top of your system. If you have a UMD "open" section, it's a phat. If you just open you UMD slot by pulling, it's a slim

when i try to launch the PSP Module Checker it says its corrupt. and i even tried to downgrade it but it says that i dont have to since i already have 6.39. What do i do?

Extract it if necessary.

Put the FOLDER containing the file into your PSP\GAME folder of your memory stick.

If I have to upload a vid for that lol...that'd be sad :D

@XcelJake This is the video to get CFW, which will then let you get Pokemon. I will soon be posting a tutorial for Pokemon ASAP! It'll be out within the week!!

And to answer your previous comment, what you need to do is check out the link I said and Download the file to the PSPGo, run it, and it will tell you your module (EX: 1g,2g,7g) It'll be like that! Once you tell me that I'll tell you how to get Custom Firmware and then Pokemon on your PSP :))

@Spadez0 Okay well I know for sure this works, i have a phat as well! Make sure before you do any of this, you upgrade to OFW 6.39. I also had an issue the first time it happened. my problem was that when I extracted the files, it didnt extract them all. I recommend redownloading and extracting the file again. Make sure you put the folders in the correct location! I hope it works!
