As a current TERA Focus Group Tester I can assure you the game is already better than Aion ever was.

Source: Played in 2 TERA tests getting to level 26. Played Aion with 50 cleric 30+ other alts.

@nockry You don't really address my argument. I said the game was going to be another Aion, the visually stimulating character development aside, we're all very familiar with how the Korean's like their games. We all know how they feel and play. There will be a lot of grinding, weird asian lore, over the top animations and annoying sounds. Just wait.

@Chadwich That is why there was a whole Group test which focused completely on westernising the game. People gave feedback on how it can be made to suit a western audience.

@zoopezoop At their point in the beta, i seriously doubt any sweeping changes can be made. What if the beta testers said "You're game looks like everyone other Asian MMO." You know they can't change it. Or what if it were complaints about the goofy music, Asian storyline or sounds. There probably to far in to change any of that.

I hope it's awesome and does really, really well. I'm just skeptical of Asian games.

@Chadwich Can you stop making shit up? They are not even anywhere near the beta stage yet. They are doing focused group tests and changing the game dramatically, based on the feedback. I never liked asian games but this is different, i am telling you this will be the greatest mmo ever made.
