because Dialga naturally have really high special attack. Cresselia doesnt have the natural boost dialga has, no not as much sp. attack.

Go to a forum and ask someone to train you a Pokemon with PKRS so it can spread to all your Pokemon haha.

As for doing it all by yourself? Just hope one of your Pokemon randomly gets it.

well it gained abour 15 sp.atk every level cuz i was fighting pokemon that were too high leveled. i was at the spring path surfing in the water fighting golducks. o_o

train normally because if you rare candy iti wont get all of the stat boosts

WRONG, you don't need stat boosts once you have all 510 EV's in. So it's your choice whether you want to level up or rare candy.

But it really doesn't matter because wi-fi has a mode that sets pokemon to level 100 regardless of their level. The mode takes the EV's into account only. (Lv. 100 Single)

train on golducks at the resort area they give u 2 evs in sp.atk. i only recomend resort area because they are the only pokemon there.

there are three types of attacks they are special physical and i forget the other name. special are types of attacks that you would use a powr to hit a pokemon and not ur pokemons body. physical is attacks that u hit the foe with ur pokemons body. the other one is ones that dont do damage. and the attacks that are special are for special attack and special defence.there you go

Hyper Beam sucks. If you were stupid enough to put it in, you could always opt for Giga Impact, but I don't recommend it.

Every vitamin gives you 10 EVs in a stat. So giving a poke an Calcium is the equivalent of killing 10 gastlys. However vitamins can't raise your EVs in a stat past 100, but training can get your EVs as high as 255 (but you wanna stop at 252 so the last 3 points don't go to waste). >_>

I still don't kinda get it, why does it stop at 252 and not 255? and for some reason, when I maxed out my giratina's special attack and leveled it up, it was at 343 instead of 372. was it cause I used rare candies?

A stat can only get 252 EV's. Screw that 255 EV bullshit. You get 6 EV's leftover to get a point in for one other stat that you didn't train or a stat that you want to add a point to if you didn't add 252 EV's to it.

pokerus is a virus that u get randomly. A pokemon u catch or hatch from an egg has a very, very .very small chance of having the virus (rarer than shiny pokemon by a lot). i got mine from breeding my heracross...lol
