I totally agree with the moderation thing... I have to remind myself that just because it's healthy doesn't mean I can eat it all day long! You're doing great!
@socalplum Oh Thanks sweetie!!! Im slowly getting there, I didnt weigh in today yet, but just losing 4 pounds in the last 2 days teaches me I can clean eat and be in control a little of my body? So its ok to experiment and see what hates my body....lol even though I love the food.

@MsHcGGirl THANKS HUN!!!! I will try my hardest to never go back to the bad habits...tom is just leaving & I think he brings some strong cravings, but he can take them with when he leaves. Im happy that we all have the means to get us back to where we should be.
