It is nothing like saying I love you to your mom because you know she loves you back; or to your friends because it's not the end of the world if they don't feel the same way. The words get tossed around too often. To them, it is a huge commitment. You don't want to go out on a limb and hurt yourself if the other person doesn't feel the same way. Humans are just needy. I love this scene. It's one of the most important Chuck/Blair moments. It's so crucial and powerful and I love that he turns her down. I'm really pissed though cause I can't decide whether I want Blair with Nate or Chuck & Nate with B or

I think this is the best, most beautiful scene of Chuck/Blair. So heartbreaking, yet romantic.
