while i agree that being married to the business gets you titles, you gotta respect paul's dedication to promoting wwe. He does what the storyline needs, playing both face and heel. Personally i think its his ability to intelligently appeal to the right demographic that make him a champion

I think triple h got it pretty easy keeping his title on smackdown. Who exactly did he have to defend his title against? there was like four people on smackdown that could take his title,(jeff hardy, undertaker, bigshow, edge.) but everyone else had no chance to take that title from him. Compared to raw, triple h's wwe ttile would be taken from him easily. Smackdown was like a walk in the park for him.

That's what I mean though. If he was on raw he would have a pretty low chance on keeping his title. Think about it. If triple h was still on raw how long do you think it would take before he lost his title to say, Shawn Michales, Chris Jericho, Batista, John Cena, Randy orton, those guys. Compare it to smackdown now. He has to only defend it against those four guys, and he's already beaten them so triple h has nothing to worry about. Who else would he have to defend his title against?
