Sorry. At the end of the video I can see you use two diffrent screwdrivers.

Did you use the same screwdriver for the inner screws and the slider ones? At 1:44 it goes off the camera, and I don't know if you changed it for another.

@Raycocuso Es probable que durante el trabajo de reemplazar el flex hayas estado cargado de electricidad estática, y hayas quemado la memoria masiva o algún otro componente electrónico. Para estos trabajos hay que tocar un objeto metálico antes de manipular los circuitos, para descargarse.

@iu2bibys gracias por la respuesta per no a sido eso.Ya sabia eso de la electricida electro estatica,lo k era fue k el cable flex k compre estaba mal y no reconocia la memoria masiva,lo lleve a la tienda y le exigi k me lo cambiara o me dejara probrar otro y al final me dejo otro y este si k funcionaba perfecto.Aun asi muxas graciass

@Raycocuso Muchas gracias a ti por la respuesta. No me hubiese imaginado que ese problema era debido al nuevo flex defectuoso. Yo pronto cambiaré mi flex, y si se presenta ese problema ya se dónde reclamar. Saludos!

Imam jedan problem sa Ovim telefonom! Vidim da si kompetentan da mi odgovoris, pa bi mi tvoja pomoc dobro dosla. NOKIA N95 8gb mi je upao u vodu, morsku vodu(slanu) jos prije 2 mjeseca, i kad mi se to desilo nisam imao vremena da se bakcem sa tim, pa sam jednostavno poceo koristiti neki LG. Zanima me da li ima neke sanse da se spasi ovaj tel.? i da li se isplati da se napravi? bio bih spreman da platim i 40 e popravku, jer mi treba sad taj tel. a i za 40-50 e ne mogu kupiti ovako dobar.

YEA MAN i just tried that with my n95 deep plum i got 3 N95: 2 old ones and 1 deep plum whichbroke (display black) so i connected the slider of the old n95 to the new one so my handy is half old n95 and half n95 deep plum and it all works :D the only thing whcih doesnt work is the accelerometer it seems like its in the upper half (old n95 doesnt have accelerometer)

Thanks for the vid. I managed to replace the flex ribbon on my N95. Its working fine now. Problem was with the snapped flex ribbon. The N95 didn't have any protection for the flex ribbon against excessive and aggressive slides due to its sharp window on its frame where the ribbon is inserted 3:31.
