PS. I see what you are trying to do with slow mo and all, but you should really get a camera which records with much higher fps. 60 fps at a minimum for smoother slow mo. That could cost a little, but check if your camera is set to record in 23.976p.. You should be able to put it up to 30 fps, that would smoothen out the slow mo a little.

PSS. Don´t put the velocity too far down, that way you get this lag.

A few things to make your slow mo videos better...

Use videos that are of good quality and have high FPS rates (Frames per second)

When you are done editing, export the video at a high quality (it'll take longer and more space on your drive but it'll be worth it)

Upload to youtube in HD/HQ

hey you need to use the sun to your advantage, make it so the sun is behing you to get better lighting, so the glare isnt fucking up your sight and etc. I like the skaters style and i like the ffects i also use sony vegas 8.0 pro
