does anyone know how to stream an mp4 file with sound and be able to watch it with other people while making comments about it ?

I have tried sharing my desktop on skype, and while the other person can see it, they can't hear the audio as it's being taken up by skype or at least I can't seem to find a way to stream the mp4 audio while having the skype audio open at the same time.

Any solutions ?

@eartrumpet1 Maybe a bit much work, but it'll do the trick: Upload the video to youtube as 'private video shared by a link', then simply use the youtube player inside Google+ Hangout.. :)

@RalphHendriks yes I tried this but it is 40 mins long and after waiting 2 hours for it to upload it was immediately removed for being too long. I should have known to look at a more professional service. :-(

This is VERY deceptive. The video windows in Hangouts are not that clear and it is heavily dependent on the person's internet connection speed in the hangouts. Furthermore, Google Hangouts is optimized for voice quality, NOT music at this time. I hope that changes.
