Patrick's solo is simple, soulful but not extraordinary. A few more twists and hits on the "devil's notes" would have added more color to the tune and solo. Wouldn't you agree that the music scene hasn't seen a voice and talent like Melody in a while? Compared to numerous singers of today, she surpasses "OK" in many aspects. Artistry, musicianship, originality, tonality, style, and much more. Name me a mainstream female singer who can do this on a live show night in and night out nowadays.

Thanks for posting this clip Warlock. I saw that Jools show recently, and was struck with this wonderfully clean performance. She has a superb voice, admirably suited to the smooth jazz style.
