There's a program called VideoWave 7 (apart of the Roxio Media Creator 7 package) that I used. I don't recommend it (experienced a lot of glitches). As far as 'what I did' goes, I spent a lot of time making manual adjustments to the frame's contrast, color, brightness, and video speed.
