What do you call the place where the hat is at 1:45 ?

I am sure there is more than one version, I too have seen others.

This was preformed by the local dance school in Chihuahua Mx for our US tour group along with various other dances. The local Mexican Tour leader was from Chihuhua and refered to this dance as the Hat dance.

We were on a tour of Mexico originating from the States but had a Mexican tour guide who also lived in Chicuahua.

Bien bailado gracias por hacerlo tan bien, solo una observacion, el varon en este baile no necesita jorongo ni zarape pero en caso de utilizarlo por favor no le amarren eso que mas bien parece un rebozo el cual es para la mujer, aparte parece que la intencion era manearlo. por todo lo demas excelente en todos los bailes. en mi humilde opinion felicidades.
