Love the way Rob teaches to really try to keep the peace. Fighting is so useless, but if it comes down to it, it is good to know some things to end it quick and don't play by their rules.
That is good stuff Rob! Having trained in traditional martial arts for many years, I saw that it has little value in real world fighting. More videos please....
