XD So cool..it remind me of Deck The Halls..it's for a great cause..so I don't really care about the energy it must burn..and I'm very eco conciouse(sp?)...anyways it's not like it's gonna always happen...it's a once or twice in a lifetime thing. Plus a lot of time and effort has been spent on such a great display...that deserves a lot or at least some compliments and recognition.

As for me, I do not doubt that this fellow was sincere. I do not think he was masking anything behind a "charity". But, and here it is! BUT! Today, with global warming tied to the use of fossil fuels and fossil fuels providing the "electricty" to run a display like this, it touches on irresponsibity.. Too bad but that is the world today. Grand idea; wrong decade!

I do agree everyone needs to be energy conscious everyday especially corporations that leave lights on their buildings all night and SUV drivers, but this display while only being one week or so in length is not energy conscious. Again, I applaud his attempt (and success) to make the Season "jolly" but this just is NOT the time to do this anymore.
