You don‘t need WinRAR you can use 7-zip (best for 7Z files and iDeaS is in a 7Z) or Zipeg (best for zip archives)

Click that.

But the downloads from that site are fail.

The emulator no, the Roms yes, same as downloading music for free, though it doesn't matter if you do ti for yourself, only if you try to sell them.

some computer it works but some the program fails as its designed for only some computers and that's why for me i use desmume the emulator as it has the power capabilities for my computer so you should try to find another emulator for ur type of computer

I have No$gba but every time I open a NDS rom with it a bunch of japanese letters come up and I think it says something about an error, I tryed downloading other roms of the game but every game I try has this error...
