if you want smooth animations click on your "dot points" in the animation timelines then hit F9, or open the animation graph and use bezers for alot more control

Not insulting your video, it's a fine test, but if I had a dollar for every time someone asks for a tutorial when they should be able to figure it out on their own then I would never have to work again.

Your arrogance astounds me. your saying people that just started with after effects should be able to figure it out? if you look at the manual there are over 500 shorctus, over 1000 different combinations of camera type/focus/filmsize/FOV, hundreds of colour combinations etc I could go on for days.
It may be simple to YOU because you already know how to do it. But when you were starting out, I'm sure you seeked help sources.

Use the 'write on' effect, and keyframe them to appear when and were you want them too. Then duplicate your layers and comp them in 3D space. Then make your camera path. That's it really. This is the base of a really nice animation.
