I saw them play at the Bournemouth Town Hall in 1981, they were supported by The Tours and Swell Maps. Still have the flyer signed by Mayo. Good to see they are still going after all this time.
I was in Japan doing a holloy solo tour when I ran into Mayo, Tom and George and was invited to sit in on two songs, that is me (Jim Brown) on bass. we also played War Sucks.
These guys are great artist and this show was exciting and sounded really good in that room that night. People where dancing & sweaty & that one guy got on stage, super wild and in his underware. The Red krayona are a great band and it was an honor to play with them. Mayo is very kind and super funny as is Tom and George!
