  • welcome to vet nam is the name of song

  • May 1968.. Our garage band played "Kill for peace" at the dance. Next-Frenzy. Justy as I was about to do my drum solo, some drunken jocks rushed the stage.Started beating on our 'hippy' groupies. Our chief roady, threw the high school grid star off into the crowd. Could have been the first example of stage diving ever. The following week the school voiced "Support our boys in Viet Nam Week"Was quite a big tadoo!! We caused quite a riot.

  • Kill for Peace changed my life > have all the albums and actually ordered some ( and cassettes , which actually seem to have hand written titles ) from Ed - great songs and spirit ...

anyone know who does the keyboards on this ?

  • This is what the Dead Kennedys would have sounded like if they formed in '65.

  • hahahaha same exact thing i was thinking lol sounds like jello he probably listens to this!!

  • Thanks for the response!

  • at 2:08 it is called "doing Alright"

  • Thanks! i'll try to find it.

  • can someone tell me what's the song after kill for peace?

  • One of my favorite bands

  • I agree with you Mr. Shankly, I love the Fugs too and was surprised to find Ed Sanders in the Sphere History of American Literature...

  • Near or far or very middle east... I adore this song, the lyrical hyperbole is just as relevant now as it was in the 60s.

  • kill for peace dude, have you made any slideshows?
