Well Zep is a common product that Home Depot stocks, and have had very poor results with most of their products. I have had decent results with one of their floor cleaners though. I just searched the Zep website and only thing at least they listed close to tile cleaning was "ZEP CHLORI CLING 'N CLEAN Ready-to-Use Multi-Surface Cleaner" Let me know if this is what you meant, I'm pretty sure I've seen others at the store...
I'll be happy to add this to the next list of things to try.

Send me a link, If I can find by me, i'll give it a whirl... needing a 2nd go at this... Have requested to buy the almost miracle product shown on youtube, but have not received as of yet.
Note: While I did use soft scrub with bleach, other Tile cleaning videos say not to use a bleach due to it may discolor the grout...I didn't see this result, but it may on other color grout. I have the light sand colored grout...so perhaps test a small area if you intend to use.
Realy good video thanks.But you know i use to work for Hotel about 7years ago the managment got us realy realy goooood grout cleaner no scrubing at all just spray let stand for 10 minites than rise with water.The whole grout looks NEW I forgat the name of it but when i was there Management told me it for besness only.I know there is produt that can make the job easy 100% Good. but i do not know way it's not in stores if i saw the bottle i think i'll remmber it.

The other "Miracle" products out there show videos yet nowhere to get the stuff and some just have no web presence at all.. Well I keep seeking and will do another roundup video soon as I get more to test...

For all us normal people that have tried everything and cant afford those fancy steam machines (why don't they ever show the grout up close? & dry - Tried 2 steamers before (not steam/scrubbers), they did NOTHING)... Also a side note - that both winning solutions left some residue if not rinsed off completely.
This vid is good abit harsh on the eyes with the cam angles - vinegar was that stardard white vinegar that you used to clean the grout ?

The soft scrub w/bleach truly worked. I was trying to find something that would clean grout

Kaboom also was one of the best I found for that and hard water (besides CLR)

I havent tested their grout cleaner as of yet, I was talking about some of their other products. So I'll let you know when I do a new test.
