@VvvNegative No, it does not. Here's the thing though, if you have not already picked up the original, get it before you decide to get this one. The reviewer has a point when he said that it's confusing if you haven't gotten the original. I should know, as I experienced this, a week later, I picked up the original copy.

i agree with the fact that it should some sort of DLC. the new characters, new weapons, new features, and the infinity missions shouldnt be enough to make this a full on game. nevertheless this is still a good game to have.

My save loads normally (I think) in this game, but whenever I open the mission option in the menu, it stays on easy difficulty and puts me on the first mission. I can't choose missions, and whenever I exit the mission menu and go back, it starts me over again. Any ideas or help?

It's an "expansion pack" of course there is no story...

@ironfistfury2009 I never played the original but I love this one, although it's hard to play when I know I have peace walker in my collection. They are very different but PW wins me over by far.

Still I like that it focuses more on strategy than action.

I just got PO + with MGS Peace Walker .. and Im disappointed with PO+ .. I will get Portable ops .. as it has a story .. Metal Gear Without a story is like GTA without Stealing Cars.

Yeah I got this game one christmas . I told my mom I wanted MGS Portable Ops but she got me this instead . I mean, it didnt suck completely it still had some fun with it , but I would like to get the original portable ops . Not exactly sure why they didnt release this as a DLC or something .

this is a great game and id recomend it to more people than "Dying heart mgs fans" the menus arent comfusing and the missions arent at all random

or pointless. But sadly this game does lack a storyline, it justs throws you in a mission but if you care more about having fun then having a storyline then go ahead and buy this because this review is mostly wrong.
