Good morning, do you like sixties? Listen and pod cast my program " great sound of 60' s " on the site plumfm. Greeting and made blooper in rock and roll.
Salut, vous aimez les sixties ? Ecoutez et podcatez mon émission "le super son des sixties" sur plum fm. Salut et faites gaffe au rock'n roll.
I always thought that Nash, Still and Co could harmonize ALMOST as good as Simon and Garfunkl - after hearing this, I am convinced, they are STILL ALMOST etc.
Happy to see this clip on the tube. This masterpeace is allmost forgotten! If you search the web you´ll find nothing. Very hard to download. But yet...here it is. Second trac on the Evoloution album(1967). Probably the best songThe Hollies ever made.
I think I agree on that, a little masterpiece like Elinour Rigby by Beatles (from the same era), both songs with a certain (but different) pronounced feeling from the music itself. Both lovely IMO.
Wow! I have an extensive Hollies collection, and yet this is the first time I've ever heard this song!
Thanks for sharing this one. It's always great to uncover another gem from this fantastic group! Allan Clarke's solo work is also excellent and worth checking out!
Best Hollies song. Period.
