  • in soviet russia binocular watch you

  • Technology wise Americans are better.

  • Technology wise, Germany and England are better

  • Argument goes in both ways.

  • It sucked.

  • cheap product likr Dedal

  • This Video Made Me Dizzy

  • Check out the newcon optik nvs7 4x binoculars I have on ebay. Item 190240984362. I'm in the U.K and they are a no reserve auction! Take a look!

  • where can I buy this. I'm looking for some cheap night vision.

  • i guess i was a little hard on you. i get carried away.

  • want to go to my 5 day operator course at blackwater in a couple months with me? theres still a slot open. oh thats right you dont own real guns and couldnt afford them. and your dream is to someday own a semi auto ak47. HAHAHAHA...oh no i think i hear some black helicopters coming to get you. better start destroying your hard drives and airsoft gear.

  • seriously you should commit suicide. you are never going to have sex with a girl.

  • i wouldnt trade my pvs14 for any cheap russian piece of shit.

  • russia builds better shit than what u.s. military issues to its troops right now. and the tubes for your scope most likely came from russia. so you probably do have a "cheap russian piece of shit" according to your logic.

  • the tube was built brand new here at ITT.

  • Yeah, the pvs-14 tubes are built in Russia, which is the US State Department doesn't allow anyone to export them without special permission.

Vids of shit tier NV like this are the best advertisement the gen3 stuff could hope for.

  • The impression I got was that the fail safe auto shut off in case the unit is exposed to a bright light source is something of a last resort, and if it has to be used, its not even 100% guaranteed that some damage didn't occur to the unit. As I understood it, it doesnt matter if its gen1,2,3 - its always the worst thing you can do to expose them to an intense light source. its not that it'll make you blind, it'll just overload the electronics, leaving you with a very expensive paper weight.

  • that looks like when I remote view

  • yeah i have some Russian stuff that's pretty impressive, Russky cobra colliminator sight on my ak-101, you can leave the thing turned on for 2 years before it goes dead. It's a red-dot, not night vision, but still pretty cool. keep in mind that the acog, which i have on my m4, can last 10yrs(tritium sights) however that costs 800 usd. Cobra costs 200usd.

  • true that gen1 is crap compared to the gen4 plus

  • yea, good luck affording gen 4. anything beyond gen 1 goggles is far beyond what most people are willing to spend.

  • i see the russian military still uses gen 1, they'd be fucked against us.

  • No, the Russians have some pretty good Generation III-comparable technology, it's just that they're the only nation that still manufactures Generation I equipment, and Russia is where all the Gen 1 stuff comes from

  • cool

  • hm.. a good idea, Do not look into light with that nvg, you will destroy it

  • That's a myth.

  • maybe not all at once but over time it will, and it will destroy your eyes quicker too.

  • The brightness of the screen can't get bright enough to damage your eyes, it's like saying that looking at a picture on the Internet of the sun will blind you.

But yeah, it's probably not good for the NVG, especially if it's Russian and does not have the automatic bright light features of the American models.

  • yeah reminds me of Cliffhanger with the Hand-Flare right in the guy's night vision goggles.

  • russia is the worlds leading nv manufactuerer. they have been producing night vision products long before the u.s. put night vision of anysort into service. they sell gen1 to civilians worldwide. and sel gen2-4 to the u.s. military and any army willing to write the check. the most the u.s. army will do is change the tubes with slightly updated ones that they bought from somewhere else.

  • the us army INVENTED nightvision. gen 0 to be exact. russia is nowhere near us in any aspect of military technology. youre the biggest nerd i have ever seen. i remember your video claiming that the government was listening in on your phonecalls about your airsoft games. IT WASNT THE GOVERNMENT IT WAS YOUR PARENTS, THEY ARE TRYING TO FIND OUT IF YOU ARE GAY OR NOT.

  • actually the germans invented night vision during world war two. get your facts straight, and airsoft has nothing to do with the fact that your a keyboard commando queer. go back to school, you clearly need an education.

  • you have no friends. you think the governemnt is after you for your airsoft activities, and anti government youtube videos. you were a huge laughing stock on many gun boards for a while....please make more videos about the government being after you, it was hilarious.

  • @yourredcomrade717 Comrade is right..they had the first models of night vision scopes on the STG 44 rifles. The halftrack they would shoot from would have an infrared spotlight capable of illuminating targets up to a couple hundred meters, then the riflescopes would pick it up.

  • Actually it will only kill the gen I stuff. The Gen II and up can look at light without killing the tube.
