dont pay until they send you what you rightfully should receive and not what they think will be accepted knowledge ==power best maths equation lesson i have learnt
Brilliant, put very simply that there is no room for confusion here. Has anyone been summonsed to court and been issued with a liability order? Has it been passed to a bailiff and have they been issued with a notice?
@alternativeanswer i wrote to them and they just gave one answer - that they don`t need bill - so i called - i will probablly send them letter tomorro or so
Hi G.I was at The Bournemouth Housing Forum meeting this morning where Colin Lord, Chief Valuations Officer Council Tax Leader gave a thirty minutes presentation on how he and his department (Statutes & Acts) billing authority. The matter of what constitutes an hereditament and the Bill of Exchange Act was refered to. Contract law was skirted over. Must meet up soon.
make sure you have your administrative process with a counterclaim ready for when you go to court. Anything they throw at you that is NOT a bill 'refuse it for cause', copy, return it and give them a frivolous filing penalty (make sure u create a fee schedule on the last notice given)! Also create an affidavit with the claim! (just what id do) Ignorance of the Law is NO excuse, its a beautiful thing!
@jenssdewalka no problem your doin really well and seem like you have an understanding! just remember you are a KING and you don't need to waste your time educating the ignorant, you just make sure your affairs/procedures are in order so the highest authority understands that your acceptance has been dishonoured! and remember to counterclaim, if your are in honour and have a claim you are on top, thats all a real judge would look for! :)
@dnadocumentary i had a court already - and will make an update video - there was no real judge - all they where bothered about was to issue a liability order - tho they did not show me no proof that i am applicable etc they where in bed with councle.. :)
bravo

if you want to live under common law and not statute, then why are you referring to the Bill of Exchange Act? You can't have it both ways.
nobcheesy 6 months ago
@nobcheesy cos if she says its not common law - its contract law - and needs a contract and a bill -

Great call buddy.
The dullards at the Council break the Law everyday without knowing it.
Maxim of Law.. "Ignorance of the Law is no excuse".
I've dealt with the lot for 2 years. Council Enforcement, Bailiffs, and Magistrates Court.
They won't get a penny of mine. I don't do business with criminals.
