Metallica ripped off just about every band there is, even on DM there's clear rip offs like Steve Via etc.. This is a beautiful and moving piece of music. If you don't like it, at least respect it. For me, it's damn good.

Load and ReLoad are good albums to sleep to. Not because their boring but because they give you certain images in your head. Trust me, I tried it yesterday with Load and it was fucking awesome also with the length being nearly 80 minutes each, you get a hell of a ride.

@grixis1 you are completely correct. I love both sides of Metallica myself. People need to realize that without Metallica, and without them changing their style a little metal as we know it would essentially not exist. Metallica for all intensive purposed "piggy-backed" other metal bands through the shit-fest that was the 90's. Most metal bands that made it through that era would not have done so without Metallica, and new bands would not be here without Metallica.
