I do not use binoculars, just my eyes. Today I achieved a new record altitude with my WingDragon. I reached 2588ft above ground.
At that altitude I mainly use the rudder for turns. I also try to keep the plane into the wind. This keeps the plane somewhat steady. In addition I may also slow down the video replay.

your videos are excellent. How do you keep the plane so steady at that altitude? do you use binoculars to see what you are doing?
