Nice job ! I have this on the Weissberg/Brickman " New Dimensions In Banjo and Bluegrass" album. This was cutting edge stuff when it was released circa 1964.
I think it predates Bill Keith's introduction of that melodic style of picking.One that I like to play around with from that album is Black Rock Turnpike.

I think this banjo has a clear crisp tone and I like the tune Pony Express. Was wondering is this is a Gibson?
