  • top of the CLASS, all I can say!!!!

  • "Sunshine", a Nancy Wilson Quiet Storm classic, has yet to be released by Capitol Records...awesome track showing Nancy stretched out and was a trailblazing leader of Quiet Storm format...Bravo Nancy!

  • Nancy is classic. In a class of none another. Love all of her!

  • For you James.....:)

  • So wish someone could find her version of "Try a Little Tenderness" First time I ever heard that song, I heard her version. Oddly enough, I couldn't stand Otis Redding's version and yes, I know, he wrote it. Just loved it in a slower beat.

  • Nancy Wilson, you're truly, truly a great singer and your style of singing.fantastic...would anyone has her singing the song ,You make me so very happy.I would appreciate it very much.Love the way she sang.

  • Nancy Wilson is aural sex. What a voice!

  • Sorry, but no- from what I recall she half whispers the question (What else is there?) at the end of the song. Thanks for responding though.

  • Afraid it isn't that track. She actually says 'What else is there?' at the end of the particular song I'm thinking of but thanks anyway.

  • Dear all

Trying to find a Nancy Wilson track, the end of which she asks 'What else is there?'

    Any ideas?

  • probably "welcome to my love"

  • This is why we love music and musicians so much, this is so awesume and Nancy knocks it out of the park with her classy cool stlying.

  • All I can say is Nancy,Nancy,Nancy,I'll always love Nancy....

  • Nancy's classy vocals riding with funk? Larry Farrow is a genius to have put those ingredients together.

  • I have all of her albums and 35 of her cd's either reissued or new that was available. I even have ''Godsend" and ""Sing a Song". I love me some Nancy Wilson!!!!!!

  • the correct info on this track is that it is from the album, ' Life love and harmony. 1979. I have everything this lady has done on record, I should know. I am a nancy Wilson fanatic

  • fantastic song...fantastic voice...fantastic sax.....FANTASTIC!!!

    SIXLIPS

  • I love the Louie Armstrong-like scatting and the other female vocalist that follow back into the sultry vocals of the great song stylist herself, Nancy Wilson...Musicians were definitely having a time with this the arrangement

  • Actually that was a dude vocalist. He started out Louie Armstrong style, then he did a crescendo into his upper range and started scatting there. Awesome range.

  • Nancy my girl.

  • Nancy Wilson is without a doubt one of the finest vocalists to come out of the USA. She is my personal favorite's. She has had such an amazing career. I love her early work!

  • I remember this. Always liked it. Holds up incredibly well. Has a timeless feel to it. Still grooves HARD. And Nancy sounds like a dream. Her tone is incredible. That other singer is fantastic too. Awesome vocal improv. The musicians were clearly having a blast.

  • Naw, Camp Lo's Luciano used Dynasty's "Adventures in the Land of music"!

  • sensual

  • Can you tell me,which part they used?

  • First heard this over 20 years ago; Still as good today as it was back then

  • Brillant!

  • You weren't lying about the pipes, man.

  • This came out in either 76 or 77. I remember the album was called Come to my World" or something like that. It was the first time I heard Nancy Wilson take a run at doing a progressive jazz track and she NAILED IT! Holding her own amongst commercial artist if the day like Weather Report, Return to Forever, Spyro Gyra, John Klemmer, Miles Davis (Bitches Brew, On the Corner, etc) and a host of others. This is far and away my favorite song by Nancy Wilson. thanks for posting!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Actually I should say....STILL IS!

  • Still gorgeous and sophisticated after all these years. She was such a stylish performer. Still a groove!
