You should try and stop using clutch slipping to accerate out of corners. choose the right gear before going into them, or go down one as you need to out of it. When you pull the clutch in round a bend you unload the chassis, which should be either accel' or deccelerating. Plus even though it feels faster its a lot slower than even the midrange of a 250 (4 cyl or not, plus it increases the chance of a highside, AND youll have no clutch plates by next week! Clutch slipping = False Economy :)

dude.. im the camera man.. i have to play the gears accordingly.. try mounting a camera and shooting at the same time.. if I don't have to give a shit about what I'm shooting I'd probably be playing with the corners at that point.. plus at that point I only had the bike for a few months.. I wasn't born like Rossi.. lol..

:D yeh soz man i didnt mean it to sound patronising, but ONLY 500 CHARACTERS meant i couldnt explain that as well lol. and i did read you hadnt had it long, i just meant in general on bikes. as if you do it on a 600-1000cc, ow. anyway, i dont have a bike that sounds like that, cagiva mito/350, still nice, but i miss little screamy fourstroke fours
