Gorillas have higher agility, higher intelligence, and near comparable strength when compared to a bear.
Bears have weight and height when on hind legs, which renders it even less mobile. An edge in strength. Oh, and claws.
Honestly, the only chance the bear even has is if the Gorilla gets lazy and stands there and waits to be hit.
