  • Dont do weights young, just use your body weight. Doing weights young stunts your body growth which sucks

  • This exercise is asking for a back injury. If you are a beginner stay away from this one. If i want to do shoulder or back i do them separately. I never do them together.

    Aways do what feels right. If it starts hurting stop right away and made mods.

  • Yeah this is definitely a good workout. It's all about intensity. It's all about kicking your own ass which people at most gyms won't do.

  • I use Kettlebells with a Tabata Trainging. 20 seconds non-stop with 10 sec rest. Do that for 4 minutes. Test 1 minutes. Start all over. THAT will destroy ANYONE!!

  • Pretty sure this is gonna blow your knees out if you aren't careful about the angle of the squats. never go below 90degrees as a guy mentioned. I blew my right knee out from always using tiny bikes back when i was young. BMX bikes don't do you any favors if you go on trips with them :P Messed up my hip as well.

    we recommend 3 total body resistance training workouts per with at least 48 hours between each workout (e.g. M, W, F). for best results, perform 20 minutes of cardio interval training on your non-resistance training 3x per week (e.g. T, TH, SAT)

    I was online for hours looking for a workout like this. Most are complicated, and require expensive equipment, or Gym memberships. Your workout is EXACTLY what I was looking for! 'im currently 271.2lbs. (15lbs. down from 286 on 9/14/2008) with no excercise and eating right (No Junk food, starches, HFCS, Refined sugar, or carbs). Just lots of fruit, lean puoltry, nuts and veggies. With your workout in my arsenal, I'll drop weight like a bad habit!!! Than you, Thank you, Thank you!!!
