1 pound equals 3500 calories. So increase your physical activitity by 1750 calories a day and cut back your food consumption by the same amount, and you should lose 1 lbs a day.
While theoretically true, is a ridiculous suggestion. If I were to cut back my caloric intake by 1750 calories from the amount of calories I need to take in to maintain, I'd be eating around 550 calories a day. That's a great way to fall into malnutrition. The recommended amount of weight loss per week is 1-2 pounds.
This exercise is asking for a back injury. If you are a beginner stay away from this one. If i want to do shoulder or back i do them separately. I never do them together.
Aways do what feels right. If it starts hurting stop right away and made mods.
I use Kettlebells with a Tabata Trainging. 20 seconds non-stop with 10 sec rest. Do that for 4 minutes. Test 1 minutes. Start all over. THAT will destroy ANYONE!!

I blew my right knee out from always using tiny bikes back when i was young. BMX bikes don't do you any favors if you go on trips with them :P Messed up my hip as well.

'im currently 271.2lbs. (15lbs. down from 286 on 9/14/2008) with no excercise and eating right (No Junk food, starches, HFCS, Refined sugar, or carbs). This exercise is asking for a back injury. If you are a beginner stay away from this one. If i want to do shoulder or back i do them separately. I never do them together.
