for anyone else who cant work this simple experiment out here is the answer. the frozen water takes up way more space as it expands when frozen.the water level dramatically lowers when water melts

fill a glass with ice & mark the level.. now melt the ice & mark the level.. simple experiment that flies in the face of this religious cult of global warming freaks. can anyone tell me what the result of the experiment is or what it means?

of course the level stays the same. and even if all the see ice was to melt the oceans wont rise an inch. However it is the vast amounts of land ice that is the concern. As the sea ice melts it destabalises the land ice which inturn melts or falls into the see. If all the ice on Greenland were to melt the oceans around the world would rise by 6m-undisbuted fact. Also as you will know when the temperture of water rises the volume increases thus causeing the level to rise.

i thought you meant an ice cube in a glass of water. yes ice expands as it freezes which is why it floats. however not all of the world oceans are frozen.. and liquid water expands when it is heated. the amount of water on the earth will never change where and what state it is in will however, this is the problem. I suggest you read a little bit more into this topic not just skeptics mags, which i might add are the ones published by corperations. the IPCC reports are completly independent

climate change is fake bullshit.there is no such thing as man made global warming.the sun is heating up.nothing we can do about that.

Is that your justification for global warming? sun is heating up and that causes global warming........there are many reasons that contribute to climate change and you are right sun does have an effect because of the CO2 film that is forming around the earth.... I don't want to lecture you but there are things that we can do .... I suggest you start reading on radiation and heat transfer and you might get a better understanding of this concept and stuff that you can do to help. GL
