Before 2002, japanase/chinese/korean/asiens that broke the law and were sent to jail for more then 1 year were forced to get tatoos to remind of them of their crime.

I remember when I was a kid Hakushi was one of my favorites. I loved his feud with Bret Hart. Too bad he wasn't an exception to the rule that says foreign wrestlers can't become main eventers in the north american wrestling feds... He is one of the most respected wrestlers in Japan and a very influent person as well in the japanese wrestling business.
