Easier way to do the beginning of that level is after you kill the initial rush of guys, tell your team to fastrope down while you stay at the top, you'll see 2 of the 3 enemies "pop" into exstance. Then send them to the concrete wall to spawn the guys by the gun, then send them to the lift machine to spawn the last set. You'll be able to pick all of them off easily since you'll be above their cover. ^_^
