Tobi on the other hand IS Madara, hell Tobi doesn't even exsit anymore because that was a false name while he hid his true self. So now there is only Madara. Obtio gave his right eye to Kakashi, he didn't get both of them crushed. Madara's reasons for only having a right eyed Sharingan have not been told. But Kakashi and Madara both have right eyes so he can't be Obito.
