Integrity is my no.1 most important thing in a human. Acting without hypocricy. Doing what you believe to be right. Comes above all other virtues to me. It's almost impossible to act with integrity all the time, it's easy to fool yourself and gloss over and justify your misdeeds. I try to act with integrity most of the time, but I find it missing in a vast majority, - maybe if they understood its true meaning, people would attempt to practice integrity more often.

Integrity- Most people I know who are atheist have it and most people i know who are religious do not have it.......Integrity is consistency of actions, values, methods, measures, principles, expectations and outcome.

This was very interesting. Not very surprising, but interesting. Given the number of people here that do not have a clue, and even the number of people here who are close but, still don't quit get it. I'd say that you should end the segment with a good explanation so that it isn't pointless for the lazy crowd who still don't know and won't look it up.
