I wouldnt use a water polo ball for this, as it can deform the ball if u bounce it on cement or other hard surfaces.

Your elbow is far to low during that first lot of throwing. You should be catching the ball above your head and twisting your shoulders to take pace off the ball and bringing it to rest behind your head.

Thanks bro im in waterpolo as a fresh man and i cant catch for nothing with one hand or throw i havent been using my shoulder but thx for the tip
