Bernadotte for the WIN! Napoleon send him to Sweden to be king and then use the well trained Swedish army to attack Russia. What a fail. Bernadotte became king, and invaded Norway and attacked Denmark together with the UK and Prussia, joined up with Russia and just like that Napoleon was all alone.

Bernadotte helped Sweden out of the dark days. Thank you Napoleon!

Notice the cuts where the French columns are shown -- There is a fictional series of books on the Napoleonic period wars and in one of them (I cannot remember which) there is an excellent description of what it was like to wait in a firing line as the French columns approached. It provided a perfect feeling of what it must have been like. It is in one of the Sharpe's books by Cornwell

Paton was an US general, US had already a huge material and numerical advantage over Germany to begin with, not t mention th other allies. Napoleon commanded the french troops, was often outnumbered and had several coalitions thrown against him, yet he won many times.

Anyway the warfare were pretty different so saying patton was better than Napoleon without any proof just mak you look like a blind fanboy.

There never seems to be a video that completely satisfies this song because of the lines "I'll win but never fight". I was trying to think of what movies would show this sort of thing.

The best thing is Robin Hood Prince of Thieves and the various attacks on the sherrif's men in the forest. Few or no casualties, no outright battles, and complete victory every time.

awsome movie man!!greatest army France ever had.unfortunately Napoleon invaded Russian Empire on 24th of june 1812 and lost almost all of his 600 tousand men, there were maybe 6-10 tousa]nds survivers. however hitler attacked ussr almost exactly 123 years later june 22 1941 so I consider hitler the biggest full in the entire history of the battles.napoleon captured moscow the lost .both the french and germans at the beginning were marching glorious but didn't manage to stay victorious
