Playing guitar and singing at the same time isnt hard at all. Just dont go on stage half drunk and have your lines memorized well so you dont look like a dumb ass "Caution! My ey..ar...... push! I warned you but still.." <--- perfect way to look stupid to your fans and band mates. Another thing is dont try to do something like a solo while youre singing. keep it fairly simple so you dont fuck up your lines while trying to focus on playing.

Her "learn how to scream"is bull, it's the same stuff singers have been using for ages...

@CloudACVII thank you, you can also add corey taylor from slipknot and m shadows from A7X after his reconstructive throat surgery. she is literally "The Queen of Scream" and brad yes she does teach fry. its featured in her second dvd the zen of screaming 2. she released the first one and everyone wanted more screaming focused lessons so she made the second exclusively towards screaming. teaches every major form of screaming and it helped me a lot.
