I already have an N64 and WWF No Mercy (my all-time favourite wrestling game). I'd love to make a video for it but I can't capture from the N64 as it uses an old TV arial. Had some epic matches with Mumbles in that game.

I agree that SvR 07 and 08 sucked but I've played this TNA game and while I see a lot of ptential they still have a lot of work to do before they catch up to the WWE games. Still, they show potential and soon enough the SvR series will go from looking over it's shoulder at TNA to looking right next to it. WWF No Mercy for the N64 and WWE RAW 2 for the XBox are two of the ebst wrestling games to date as far as I'm concerned. '09 having a multi=player season with only Batista and Mysterio? WTF!?!?

SvR may have all the features but I am by no means a fan of its gameplay and because of that I'm never excited for the SvR games.

There's no way people are on here DEFENDING the SVR game series...ITS UTTER SHITE. I've owned every Smackdown game they've released, and nearly all of them are shit, especially the SVR07 and 08.

This game ALREADY looks better and it's still in the early stages of development! If you think SVR is good then you're either stupid or a WWE mark.

I like WWE and TNA, and my unbiased view is that SVR is filled with glitches and bad animation, where as Impact looks very smooth and more fun to play.

I'm so glad SvR '09 finally has some competition. I'm looking forward to both games, I think SvR may have the upper hand due to far more features, but you never know. The animations and reversal system in the TNA game looks far superior to SvR '08, it'll be interesting to see what comes out on top. Either way, I'm getting both.
