But her not saying anything related to what was happening to her beside no i dont want to talk to you what the hell is the guy supposed to do? I dont understand that at all. He hangs up on her? So are we paying them to help people? I wish they could track down the location even if she doesn't say, she is frantic! Right away they called back and even sent me a text! If your friends can track you down via GPS on a cell (creepy) that should be used in actual life or death situations.

they need to train those operators to be more situationally aware, obviously the woman's voice was distressed and something was wrong. I know people do false calls to 911 but this sounded worth investigating, he should have at least stayed on the line. I'm sure there was a police car that could have been dispatched to investigate.

All she had to say was "help, come quick" any kind of call for help rather than "theres nothing to talk about" which is just plain confusing, the dispatcher probably thought she was talking to him.

She had probably dialed 911 secretly and if she'd said "HEY SEND THE POLICE" it would give away the fact that she had called them. I think she probably would have gotten beaten even worse if her boyfriend knew she had 911 on the phone. She probably assumed that a 911 operator would hear her screaming and crying and they would send someone, which is what any sane person would have done.
That 911 operator is the biggest dick in the history of the telephone, and I hope horrible things happen to him.
