  • If you want to end war in Iraq and get rid of the evil federal reserve than vote Ron Paul. The media are deliberately ignoring him because he cares about the people and not the investment bankers.

    VOTE RON PAUL!

  • I won't vote if Palin gets the nod. I am holding out hope that the Reoublicans will have Romney or Gingirch on the ticket

  • i'm a lifelong republican, but if palin runs in 2012, i'm voting for obama.

  • 100% Obama

  • Obama 100%.

  • OBAMA FOR SURE.

  • Yeah !!!! Mc Cain is what the american people deserved.... He can wipe out Ben laden, the terrorist , all the muslims, the communist, russian, chinese , North Koreans and other humans on earth........until only the americans remain that way he had protected the america

  • Mccain sucks!

  • REPUBLICANS on John McCain:

Sen. Thad Cochran, Mississippi: "The thought of his being president sends a cold chill down my spine." He is erratic. He is hotheaded. He loses his temper and he worries me."[Boston Globe, 1/27/08]

Sen. Bob Smith, N. H. "His temper would place this country at risk in international affairs, and the world perhaps in danger."... "I've witnessed a lot of his temper and outbursts. It raises questions about stability." [Washington Post, 4/20/08]

  • REPUBLICANS on John McCain:

Sen. Pete Domenici, New Mexico: "I Decided I Didn't Want This Guy Anywhere Near A Trigger." McCain"s "ire is all too real. This has prompted questions about whether his temperament is suited to the office of commander-in-chief... [AP, 2/16/08

Former Representative John LeBoutillier "I think he is mentally unstable and not fit to be president." Newsmax, January 27, 2008

  • Excellent, if you knew the reason behind most of these quotes you would realize you are simply helping to support John McCain as "the Maverick."

For a guy "the same" as Bush, he sure has pissed of a lot of Republicans.

Is he the same or isn't he? Seems you geniuses can't decide. It depends on how it best suits you. Hypocrites.

  • Sen. Thad Cochran (P), Mississippi: "The thought of his being president sends a cold chill down my spine." He is erratic. He is hotheaded. He loses his temper and he worries me."[Boston Globe, 1/27/08]

LieKiller: For a guy "the same" as Bush, he sure has pissed of a lot of Republicans.

    Peace,

You do seem to "take pride in your ignorance"... Yon Rep. Senator sez that he's affrighted not of George Bush... BUT ... of McCain... "sends a cold chill down my spine".. is how he puts it.

  • Sen. Pete Domenici, New Mexico: "I Decided I Didn't Want This Guy Anywhere Near A Trigger." McCain"s "ire is all too real. This has prompted questions about whether his temperament is suited to the office of commander-in-chief... [AP, 2/16/08

McCain is IRATE AND UNSTABLE... is what they sed/

  • Here's a quote for you, Joe Biden BEFORE he was on the ticket, "I think [Obama] can be ready, but right now I don't believe he is. The Presidency is not something that lends itself to on the job training."

When later asked about that quote, how did Biden respond? "I stand by that statement."

    Ouch.

Obama is the biggest lightweight to ever run for President. He has no business in this election.

  • well at least Obama picked a vice president who could successfully run this country...

    ouch.

  • Too bad Obama's the guy running for President, and he's the one who lacks qualifications.

    Ouch

  • yeah too bad mccain has cancer and isn't expected to live for two more years...

    ouch.

  • Well, personally, I think that despite that, I would still rather vote for him than McCain. I wouldn't bank on his health. should he die in office, and Palin replace him...

  • America is not in a fiscal crisis. Fiscal refers to government revenue and spending. Not private financial collapse.

  • mccain is so fake.please please do not vote for this static cold hearted old fart guys cos ur decision effects all of us around the world so make sure u get it right this time.

  • Mc Cain - really bad actor !.. CHANGE for the World !

  • The Poor Judgment: This is a guy who stayed in a racist church and stuck by a bigoted reverend for 20 years, grotesquely leaked his Western Wall prayer to the press, and blew off a visit to see wounded troops while the whole world was watching him overseas. In other words, even when it comes to matters of mere politics, this is not a man who can be trusted to make wise decisions. So, how can we trust him to make good policy decisions for the country?

  • OBAMA displayed the true leadership qualities on stage this night. MCCAIN is much older than his opponent and he lacks the judgement and authority to lead this country. MCCAIN seems so inferior he can't even look OBAMA directly. Proves MCCAIN is afraid to face opposition directly which explains his position with not meeting with our nations enemies.

Obama will get my vote this time.

  • I HATE MCCAIN!!!

  • who is the man who was directing the questions at McCain and Obama? Im guessing that they have to make sure he is not biased.

  • Can someone tell me how they measure the audience reaction? Thx for answers

  • I'm pretty sure it's the same way they did it in the Australian political debates last year, each person has a controler with 2 buttons "+" and "-" on it. The when more people press +, the worm goes upwards and visa versa. (I'm assuming that you can only press a button every few once per few seconds to avoid people constantly tapping a button).

  • Guys, Some u talk about not increasing spending at home.So you don't wanna spend America's money at home?Where do you wanna spend it?Oh I see.You don't wanna give that promising college prospective decent education, u don't wanna invest in childhood education,u don't wanna invest in science and let those brains compete with emerging economies like china. u don't wanna do all these cos u're scared of spending. U wanna spend 10 billion in Iraq for the NEXT 100 years. That's what you want. Oh I see

  • Christ!

McCain is Botoxed to shit! The man can't make a wrinkle anywhere!

  • How many times did Obama say McCain is right? Five? Seven? LOL That was something to behold.

  • ur an idiot, agreeing with someone is not the same as ceding a point to them. patronizing someone in a debate, however, is a petty and childish tactic

  • if the solution is dependency on foriegn oil, then how much are we spending on getting this oil.. how much have we spent on the iraqi war. and afghanistan... well is that being spent out of the security budget or oil grabbing budget.

  • I believe McCain was the one dancing around the questions....he is giving "ideas" and Obama is giving his heart out....which shows he cares and is willing to attack issues. It's emotion that fuels ambition...McCain seems so drained of any emotion and is as dry as the Arizona desert from which he comes.

  • I liked Obama's demeanor, but when he was asked about how he would improve the economy, he gave a few general ideas, and then actually stated that he felt it was important to increase spending on early childhood education. Wow, that's what you want people? It's pretty obvious that more spending will not help our situation...and if you have to spend, that's your big issue? I can think of a million causes to support before free preschool for the underprivileged. We might be in trouble...

  • Which of your "million causes" is more important than an educated people? And who truly are the underprivilleged if we live in a society that does not value education and believes people should be seperated by class? Answer... all of us.

  • Providing free preschool to the poor makes an "educated people"? Right. I'd like to focus on high school and affordable college (2 of those million causes I was talking about). BTW, Great Lover of Education, the word is separated, not "seperated."

  • Thats why most Americans are illiterates. U dont think preschool education is important? wait till China becomes the next super-power then ull understand the power of education.

  • This Bail out started during the Clinton Administration when the democrates gave home loans to peopel with bad credit and the democrates have been fighting to keep this fight going while the reps have tried to stop it. WHat fuckign douche.

  • Your absolutly right. If you didnt give a loan you would be deamed a rasist bank. Thats were we go the sub-prime morgages froms.

  • McCain answered the question, Obama danced around it. He made a list of things to be looked at, but he didn't say how he would take care of it. He took the time to lay the blame though, in case anyone forgets who's in office and who he's running against. He may be more eloquent, but saying nothing well is still saying nothing.

  • Obama was much more eloquent on that question.

McCain was just paraphrasing Sir Winston Churchill "This is not the begining of the end, it is the end of the begining". He is so old he probably remembers it!!

  • McCain owned this one.

  • Obama owned this one.

  • Who was visibly frustrated at the end? Obama. Who controlled more of the conversation? McCain.

I scored this debate like I would score a boxing or MMA match that went to the judge's decision. McCain was on the offensive far more than Obama and we saw NEW stuff from McCain, Obama never deviated from the standard talking points.

    McCain won this debate decisively.

  • Nope. Obama won this debate and he go on to win the election in November. Check this comment board in November and weep. No informed citizen wants four more years of McSame!

  • Nope, Obama clearly lost this debate.

If you Obama wins the election in Nov, so be it. But don't sit their in your complete ignorance and pretend you know the outcome of this election.

Also, McCain is hardly Bush. Republicans HATED McCain in the 1st 4 years of the Bush administration because McCain was undermining him very frequently. For being "the same," they sure disagree a lot.

  • McSame voted the same as Bush more than 90% of the time. His policies on all the major issues are pretty much identical to Bush's.

So...I would say that they don't disagree a lot!!!

  • If you understood how Senate voting occurs, the minor votes they make, you would know that most of them agree MOST OF THE TIME.

Here's a little statistic for you to chew on, something you won't get from the Obama talking points checklist:

Obama voted with McCain early 90% of the time!

It's the key votes where the difference lies, as is the case with most Senatorial comparisons.

McSame, how cute. Just another mindless Obama drone...

  • Obama didn't vote the same as McCain 90% of the time. That is just an outright lie from LieKiller. Next your going to say Obama is a terrorist.

Check the polls LK, Obama is going to win this election and your going to cry.

    Ouch!

  • Actually, he did. As does the majority of the Senate.

If you were even mildly informed you would realize I am right, it just undermines you're pathetic DNC talking points.

Polls can say what they want, they also showed Kerry with a small lead going into the 2004 election day and we know how that turned out.

Stay off of the talking points and develop an original thought! You're not doing the country any favors, Obamadrone.

  • So if what you are saying is true, and the majority of the bipartisan Senators vote the same 90% of the time, then this is a moot point.

"Aw, people can come up with statistics to prove anything, Kent. Forfty percent of all people know that." - Homer Simpson

If I am an Obamadrone, then you are McRetarded for supporting four more years of the worst economic policy in American history.

  • Honestly, in what I consider a one-party system, all I'm hoping for are two things: that Palin never gets a chance to get near the presidency, and that we can get rid of Cheney.

  • Hey LieKiller,

I hope you have a box of Kleenex handy because you are going to weep soon. GObama! (screw McSame)

  • You got what you wished for, God help us. Obamadrones have just handed our country over to an inexperienced, radical empty suit.

Winston Churchill, "The best argument against democracy is a five-minute conversation with the average voter."

Obamadrones have proven the man correct.

  • Winston Churchill also said, "Democracy is the worst form of government except for all those others that have been tried."

It's really ignorant to label all Obama supporters as drones. I bet you will be voting for the inexperienced Palin in 2012...

  • Do you even understand that quote you just provided? I LOL at your stupidity!

  • Of course I understand it. It was a response to your quote regarding democracy (you idiot).

  • I LOL at your idiocy YET AGAIN! LOL

  • I laugh at you for not understanding the quote (and for voting for Palin, McSame). Learn some history, boy.

  • I am sitting here "in my complete ignorance" pretending like I "know the outcome of this election."

    Yep, I was right...Obama is the President-elect!!!

    (in your face LieKiller)

  • You knew exactly jack 2 weeks ago. You're guy won, congrats. Enjoy it while it lasts...

  • Correction: YOU knew exactly jack 2 weeks ago (and nothing has changed).

I knew that the American people wanted change (for the better) and that meant they would vote for Obama!

    The WORLD is currently celebrating!!!

  • Correction: YOU knew exactly jack 2 weeks ago, just like everyone else.

You continue to remain ignorant as well.

  • eat balls!

  • Yes I do and plan to post them as soon as I can. However, they may appear faster at the link in the video description.
