  • Is tin whistle slang for low whistle?

  • How do you play jazz with improvisation on a whistle???Incredible!

  • Roscommon Reel?

  • perfect fusion! 5*

  • Good playing, though can somebody explain to me how the heck he plays a whole meter away from the Mic (Sm58) and still be heard perfectly??

  • tinwhistle's damn loud.

  • yeah, and no feedback to boot!

  • he's pro. 'nuff said :)

  • hes a pro.

  • Well an Sm58 is pretty directional so it's possible they have him turned up really hot to pick up the whistle. The other instruments are quite directional themselves and with the SURE Sm58's it's easy to pick up one thing out of a group like that... And tin whistles are top-end heavy which the 58 can pick up quite well. it handles the melody so well too because of its design...

  • sounds jazzy

  • it's called sunshine dance

  • is it similiar to a chanter???

    nice sound...

I repeat, this is an emotion evoking piece of music. You know that inexplicable quality in music that brings a lump to your throat an tears in your eyes. The greatest piece of fusion music I have ever heard. If this piece hit the listener with the reel part sooner in the piece it would have have a huge number of hits. Genre seekers are impatient and had to wait 55 second to get dope slapped. Fantastic stuff.
