@Martyn0811 The W705 doesn't have built-in GPS. Other than that, I don't think there are any noteworthy differences. Check before you buy, though :)

Funny how many pics trick you! The black Vodafone (which is only sold in the UK?) looks very good. But the other one, with the red on the keyboard, does in my eyes not look good. And though they many places market the black one with the vodafone pic, you off course get the "red" one.

The silver one is best by far, if you ask me. For me, it stands between this in silver and W995 (black) now. After my phone was stolen. I think many tests lie, W995 isn't worth much more, only if cam is important.

@ollypollyfive lol, they're actually somewhere between small/medium when it comes to gloves :) It's the camera angle that makes them look big, because I suck at doing videos.

It does have a LED "flash", but not a real flash. It's not worth much but it does allow you to at least get a picture if it's dark, if you don't mind the blue'ish color everything will usually get, with a LED light.

in germany it is 240€.

The difference is w715 got a Vodafone branding,wi-fi and gps.

w705 got no gps or wi-fi, just faster internet.

Depends on the price. Back when I got it, I thought it was pretty good bang for the buck, but I'm more into iPhone etc. so now I'm not so hooked on this phone anymore.

hi , its ben here i was just wondering if on your w715 around the "d-pad area" it feels a bit loose when slided up ... because i bought this fone a week ago and straight away noticed so i took it back however the one i got given was just as loose as the 1st...is yours similar? please message me back :-)

Hi Ben. I'm sorry to hear you have problems with your W715. Mine is just perfect, nothing loose here, at all. It's probably the best Sony Ericsson slider I've tried so far, but it varies a lot - even the expensive C905 sometimes had a loose slider, others were perfectly happy with theirs.

It feels very loose and i've only just got it :( and its non re funbable!!! i went the ipone :(
